Jack
(With us for 3 months from Jan 09)
Jack came to us as a stray with a diagnosis of possible polyps throughout his ears and respiratory system plus a damaged eye and the prognosis was not good. However, once he was X rayed the cause of his problems became clear. He had been shot through the eye and the pellet had lodged in the back of his throat, causing his noisy breathing and all the infection in his ears.
Jack's eye had to be removed along with the pellet, but he made a remarkable recovery. He was always a lovely natured friendly cat with the most enthusiastic and noisy purring (and snoring at night!).  Jack soon found a new home with our adopters, helping them cope with the loss of their previous rescued cat.
